Delivery and Returns
All items are lodged with CourierPost, either signature-required or non-signature. Please contact us if you have a preference.
95% of the time the delivery is overnight (and before 12pm) throughout New Zealand. Rural areas can take up to three days.
Tracking details are provided for every repair and order through our website. It may take up to 12 hours for the number to propagate on the server. The number can be found on the “Shipping” email or in the repair manager on our website.
The package can be tracked online or by calling CourierPost on 08002687437.
We can accept returns for up to 90 days after delivery date.
If there is a problem with the repair, please contact us. If the repair is not satisfactory we will chose to either conduct another repair (under warranty) or offer a full refund.
There may be a 20% restocking fee for return of unused kits.
