Inbound Shipping Method

I'll courier the device into Fixxed

I'll drop it into the Christchurch office

Our office is on Riccarton Road is open from 10am until 4pm on Monday to Friday. We close at 6pm on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Outward Shipping Method

Overnight courier the device back to me (+$10)

CourierPost overnight delivery to most locations in New Zealand (excludes rural addresses). Target delivery of 9am.

  2. Send your broken device into us.
    3. Please package it well to prevent further damage.

    Else contact us and drop it into our office.
  3. We'll send you a detailed diagnosis.
    4. Accept, decline or have a chat about our results.
  4. We fix your device as fast as possible.
    5. And then we'll email you tracking details.
  5. Enjoy your repaired device.
    6. Plus you're covered with a simple three month warranty.
